Operating Journal for Sewage (FC_WebReports_BTB_KA)

The operating journal for sewages is an extension of WebReports and complies with the requirements of the DWA (German standard).

Functionality:

  • The operating journal is divided into various report types within WebReports (monthly, annual, performance comparison, etc.) and provides a clear overview in a web based presentation of all relevant measured and laboratory values in table format.

  • The reporting templates contain all required key figures for the operation of a sewage and also provides export functionalities for a report to the water authorities.

  • Additionally, laboratory values can be inserted directly in the report and saved in the database.

  • Calculations (e.g. load, dry weather days, etc.) are performed automatically, based on measurements and laboratory values.

Benefits:

  • Automated processing of parameters and prevention of transfer errors.

  • Integrated export functionality to official interfaces.

Project Template

Type definition for the creation of all manual and laboratory calculated values

FlowChief GmbH provides various reporting templates.

The link of reports and process variables / values is performed via the Plantexplorer tagging. Process values are linked to the related variables. Laboratory and limit values are save as manual value variables (Manual Value) and liked with those.

The monitoring of sewages is performed by each state, which means each state has its own requirements for the operating journal. This also concerns rains spill basins and sewer systems. Operating journals are mandatory and underlie the regulations of each state.

The transmission of the journal varies in each state. Some states offer own platforms others have portals without interfaces and in rare cases it has to be handed in personally.

Generally an operating journal consists of measured values, laboratory values and calculations of this data. Measured values will be inserted automatically into the operating journal from the FlowChief system. Manual values can be inserted directly in the report.

If values must be corrected at a later point, then this can be performed in the report (archive value corrections).

It is possible to operate different plants simultaneously in one system. When creating the report, the related plant can be selected (WebReports).

Reporting Templates and Exports

FlowChief GmbH provides a wide range of reporting templates as download (see Download der Berichtsvorlagen). These templates can be amended individually, if required. Additionally, reports can be created individually and Excel worksheets can be integrated via ExcelReporter.

States with integrated portals can be addressed with the integrated Exporte aus dem FlowChief System function of the FlowChief system. Exports can be transmitted manually via the Export button or automatically via Scheduler (FC_Scheduler, FC_Reportingservice).

The list of reporting templates will be constantly extended and new templates will be available as download.

Generally, multiple plants can be operated with the FlowChief system. The provided templates for operating journals are configured generally and can be applied for all sewages. The filter in the WebReports will offer a plant tree for the selection of the required plant.

Licensing

For the creation of operation journals in the FlowChief system, licenses for WebReports (FC_WebReports) and operation journal (FC_WebReports_BTB_KAxxx) are required.

The licenses for operation journals are gratuated by size and are related to citizen values. The smallest license FC_WebReports_BTB_KAsmall is appropriate for sewages with a citizen value smaller than 1000.
