Whitelabeling (FC_WhiteLabel)

FlowChief GmbH provides an option to distribute its software, branded with the name of a customer (Whitelabeling), this is most attractive for operators of gateway systems.

This procedure is commonly known as Whitelabeling or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).

The following list describes, high level, which adjustments can be made to customize the FlowChief system to your corporate design:

  • Web-based interfaces

    • Individual configuration in many modules possible (z.B. Company logo, Plant name)

    • Individual log on dialog (Background image login dialog)

    • Replace FlowChief brand with individual company name

    • Corporate Design for general appearance (e.g. colour, font)

    • Expenditure: Low

      NoteThe original product labels FlowChief and e-Gem can not be replaced entirely in the interface due to programming.

  • Online-Help

    • Customized product name and company

    • Individual layout

    • Presentation (CSS) to individual requirements

    • Implementation of individual documentation in various formats (pdf, website)

    • Customized structure1

    • Individual text blocks within chapters

    • Revision document for content exchange

    • Language: German and / or English

    • Expenditure: High
