Maintenance (FC_Maintenance)

The add-on FC_Maintenance extends the system functionality by an intuitive, clear database supported maintenance functionality. The configuration and operation totally integrated into the FlowChief system. The user can easily switch from the visualization to the fault overview and maintenance. All via browser, no additional hard- or software required.

The maintenance management does not only offer a high process Connectivity and integrated Message and Alerting Platform, it also has interfaces for automated synchronisation of open maintenance tasks and their history (FlowChief Reporting Service (FC_Reportingservice)).

Functionality:

  • Hierarchical order of assets using master data, type labels, attachments and process connectivity.

  • Assets have assigned maintenances depending on operating time, meter reading, timespan or sequences. Maintenances are assigned to employees and can be executed via Notebook or mobile app. The user will have access to security notes, commetns or required documents of assets and maintenances.

  • Not only scheduled maintenances can be managed but also incidents such as claims, repairs or services can be created as ticket with follow up and integrated E-Mail dispatch. An interdisciplinary teamwork can be established between management, employees, customer service or external service providers.

  • All incidents are saved to a gapless history and are always available for the user.
