Document Management
The organisation of configuration and operational data is performed within the database as of FlowChief Version 8.0. Files such as process images, object types, routing slips or report templates are assigned to the plant tree. This is possible, by applying the available access rights to the files. Each node can have rights assigned for reading or editing files.
The document management (enhancement of the Plantexplorer) is a web based frontend for the organisation of various files. Thanks to the WebDAV standard, tools such as the Windows Explorer or other Apps, can be connected with the document management.
