Message and Alerting Platform

FlowChief contains an integrated alerting platform, which processes notifications - based on certain regulations and also dispatches these in a reliable manor.

Recipient devices can be smartphones, telephone or pagers, which will receive notifications via E-Mail, voice, SMS or push notifications

Various user interfaces are available for the insertion of notification and alerting parameters. Initial setup and management of the alerting platform are simple and flexible. The configuration requires no detailed FlowChief knowledge.

The highly scalable notification and alerting system can be implemented for small single-client solutions to a multi-client capable portal solution of a contractor.
